PROFFER

PROFFER is a suite of online web applications that focus on the search, completion and submission of competitive applications (proposals) and scholarship applications.

The PROFFER Suite is comprised of several core software engines.  They are: 

• Applications Engine:  Web based application that generates html application forms for competitive grants, proposals, fund agreements, and scholarships.
• Scholarships Logic & Search (Add-on Module):  Advanced searching capabilities and selection logic for scholarships applications.
• EvaluRate (Evaluate/Review/Rate System): Web based application that allows remote access to evaluate, review, rate and score committee based applications and documents.
• I/O U (Impact/Outcomes Utility): Web based application that provides metrics and accountability for the planned/resulting benefits of grants placed.  This module will be available by the end of 2010.
