Implementation

As part of the purchase and licensing of all our non-profit software packages, the GrantedGE project team can provide each client with a full range of implementation services from:

1. Environmental Setup:
   • Review and analyze server, network and workstation environments to determine if the necessary operating software is 1) installed and 2) correctly configured.
   • Install, setup and configure all necessary operating software including network, database and web components.
   • Troubleshoot and fine-tune any problem areas, specifically with network and database components.
2. Data Conversion:  The GrantedGE project team has consultants knowledgeable about many of the data structures found in non-profit organizations and can provide conversion services to 1) extract data from existing systems and 2) convert that data into formats acceptable to GrantedGE or other packages.
3. Training:  Training either can be provided on-site or remotely via a webex session.  Onsite training is generally performed with a class size limited to 8-10 personnel, although arrangements can be made to increase this if necessary.  Webex sessions can be an effective way to access a large group of users, but are generally limited to specific functionality demonstrations.
4. Integration Requirements:  The GrantedGE project team has gained knowledge of several systems currently in use by several non-profit organizations.  The team can use this knowledge to assist the organization integrate the system into the GrantedGE functionality.
