Fusion Labs initiated hosting operations on January 1, 2001, with the establishment of the Fusion Labs operations center in Dallas, Texas.  Fusion Labs provides both customized and packaged application portfolio management, support, operation and access.  To augment its application management services, Fusion Labs has partnered with Tier 1 hosting vendors to provide Class A space with extensive communication services (linkages through broadband microwave and up to five fiber providers), redundant power systems and high physical security.

These specialized hosting services provide the following client support services benefits:

1. A supplier neutral environment to display integrated multi-application, end-to-end business solutions and total system capabilities;
2. Multi-application technical evaluations, compatibility verification and release consistency testing;
3. True production level load testing for application transaction processing; and turnkey multi-application business solution hosting.

Fusion Labs provides operations and process management control for production system support, security administration, problem management and change management and overall systems management/maintenance.  Fusion Labs provides active system monitoring during prime time operations with timely, on-call system support after hours.  Fusion Labs application hosting provides a series of service options from basic system support to complete system, application and business process management.  These services span a range of services from routine to complex system and application support tasks.
