Grants Management
The GrantedGE system is a full-featured grants management system handling all types of grants: donor-advised, interfund transfers, competitive grants, scholarships, designated grants, project grants.
- All grant related constituents: requestors, recipients and payees: are linked through a back-end CRM system and each can be coded with multiple types of attributes for detailed analysis.
- All grant types can be tracked through coding, allowing full analysis of grant disbursements, through workflows, allowing a grant to be tracked through reviews, due diligence, approvals, adjustments, etc.
- All grants types can be customized through unlimited coding schemes, unlimited user-defined fields, and
a variety of standard dates: task dates, payment dates, approval dates, report dates, posting dates. - All grant types will be posted to a back-end financial system to track financially related data for invoices, grant checks,electronic fund transfers, interfund transfers, journal entries, voids, and refunds.
- All grant types are supported through correspondence (letter, email) via individual processes or batch process (mass mailings).
- All grant types are supported through standard reports, and also queries that allow users to define exact information to be reported on.
